Log turning system with hydraulic power turning rollers, this machine is used to turn logs to a suitable cutting angle, the length of the machine can be customized according to your log specifications.
Double vertical band saw machine, precise cutting on both sides of logs at the same time, saw wheel diameter 800mm, saw blade width 3 inches, adjustable saw blade spacing.
Band saw blade automatic tensioning system, high working efficiency, easy to operate.
The inclined chain conveyor takes out the side panels after double vertical sawing, saving labor costs.
Laser measurements will help the operator check where the saw blade will cut.
The touch screen adopts PLC control system, all sawmill production line functions can be controlled in this panel, in this program you can set a variety of different cutting sizes, or adjust the cutting speed, the brand of electrical components is optional.
Log centering system to ensure the log is centered on the roller conveyor before entering the next cutting process.
