Suitable for hazardous areas within Zone 1 (or Zone 2) of explosive gas mixtures with a temperature group of T4, classified as Class IIC in petroleum, chemical, aerospace, laboratory, storage, and other departments. The BAF series industrial grade integrated explosion-proof humidifier is a Class IIC explosion-proof humidification system manufactured using integrated explosion-proof technology according to industrial environmental requirements.
Most explosion-proof humidifiers use thermistor type temperature controllers (temperature sensors) for electronic temperature control, as their temperature sensing probes have a smaller resistance as the temperature increases and a larger resistance as the temperature decreases. By utilizing this feature, it is possible to start and stop the machine due to water shortage, thereby achieving circuit control.
The entire machine adopts ultra weak current technology to isolate intrinsically safe circuits. After process manufacturing and explosion-proof treatment, the design and manufacturing of the product strictly follow relevant standards:
