The PGZ Flat Plate Automatic Lower Discharge Centrifuge is a high-performance centrifugal filtering device designed for intermittent operation with lower discharge. This innovative product eliminates the need for a traditional hanging column base, simplifying the installation process. With its simple structure, beautiful appearance, and easy cleaning and disinfection, this centrifuge is a convenient choice.
The PGZ Centrifuge features an absorption type isolator, ensuring no vibration interference to the foundation ground and surrounding equipment. All elements in contact with materials are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, guaranteeing durability and longevity. The high-efficiency washing nozzle ensures thorough cleaning without any blind areas.
Equipped with a frequency converter and PLC programmable controller, this centrifuge offers soft start, stepless speed regulation, electric feedback braking, and on-site speed regulation. Safety features include cover opening protection, filter cake thickness detection, vibration switch protection, and speed monitoring. The entire process of feeding, washing, dehydration, and unloading is fully automatic.
The centrifuge is controlled in two places, with an operation box conveniently located on-site. The upper cover is a quick-opening type, driven by air pressure to avoid oil pollution and maintain environmental health.
