Wire Embedding and Antenna Bonding Combi Machine Brief Introduction
JGSAM-4000+ is integrating with full auto antenna embedding and auto bonding for antenna and chips/other metal together.
It combines the advantage of both antenna embedding machine and antenna bonding machine,servo system control, with the double pulse current inverter welding. The welding heads can be fine adjusted at X, Y, Z direction, with the purpose of precise welding,the machine is steady, easy operation and simply maintenance
It uses the domestic ultrasonic embedding technology to embedding the wire. Just need one person to operate, which save the labor and reduce costs, at the same time, ensure the quality of the products.
In the machine structure, the machine is easy to operate and maintain,which enhances the service life of machine and the productivity.

9.Servo system controls the position of welding heads, which ensure the welding quality and protect the welding heads.
10.The welding heads can be fine adjusted at X,Y, Z direction.
11.Use the servo system to position to ensure the position accurate.
12.Use the Delta PLC and the touch screen, stable and visualized.
