500L 1000L mixing tank stainless steel mixing tank aging tank
G-SE series mixing tank is standard mixing tank equipped with wing lid(s) on the mixing tank top position and a bottom enclosure. Unlike our G-2C series and G-SC series mixing tank, G-SE series mixing tanks are widely used to wax heating process. The mixing speed of this wax heating tank can be big or small. Standard mixing speed for wax heating process is 25rpm, 36rpm or 60 rpm.
Using heavy duty mixing paddle to push the wax in mixing tank and get the wax evenly heated in short time. Of course, before you start the mixing system, you will need to melt the solid wax block into liquid. So, our G-SE series also called wax melting tank or wax heating melting tank.

Cooling function for mixing heating tank
Some users need a cooling process after heating. It is depends on your usage of this tank. If you use this tank as a cooling and heating tank, or we call it aging tank (ageing tank), you will need to cool the liquid product after heating process. Steam heating tanks can be cold by cool water or ice water directly. If your mixing tank was heated by electric or gas, you will need to cool the liquid product outside the mixing tank. Obviously most wax heating tanks no need cooling process. Also, cooling function is unnecessary in soap mixing process.
