Product Description

Our specialized HDPE PP recycling line is designed for reprocessing and cleaning HDPE bottles, pails, barrels, and PP pipes. The process includes bale opening, crushing, continuous washing, and drying using friction washing and a dewatering dryer.The final flakes, with less than 1% humidity, can be directly used in our plastic granulator to make pellets. Our automated HDPE PP rigid recycling equipment, ranging from 1000kg/h to 3000kg/h capacity, minimizes labor costs. Materials available for processing

Recycling Process
Product Description
Belt conveyor:
It mainly used for material conveying. It includes bracket, conveyor belt and motor. The conveyor belt is made of PVC , and there are universal wheels at the bottom of the bracket.
Crusher:
It is mainly composed of feed port, crushing chamber, screen mesh, discharge port and motor. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is cut and torn by the rotating knife and fixed knife driven by the motor. The material that meets the sieve aperture will be discharged from the outlet port.

Screw feeder This equipment is used to transport the rinsed material to the rear equipment
Floating tank It is used to rinse the material for the first time to separate the sediment impurities in the material

Moisture removal/drying systems Materials dewatered via squeeze dryers or dewatering machines. We'll assess your needs and guide in selecting the suitable method.
Zig Zag Drying System
It includes oven, fan and stainless steel pipe. The heated hot air is blown into the pipe to further dry the material.
Silo For storage of clean and dry plastic film flaks
