EPS foam melter can efficiently crush and hot melt EPS/XPS/foamed PS/EPE materials. Equipped with internal shafts within the hopper and a melting chamber, this machine transforms foam waste into valuable commodities. The resultant white color lump has high demand and fetches premium prices in the recycling market.
The foam melting machine operates on the principle of 'Friction Produce Heat' rather than relying on electric heaters. Notably, there is no heater in the chamber, though one can be installed if users need to process wet polystyrene foam materials.
We offer both diesel engine-powered and electrical motor-powered models.
