Product Description

MG-C800, a latest developed 3-rotary disc type low mold stroke paper cup machine, achieves a cup making speed of 90-120pcs/min and in the actual development test, the maximum speed can reach 133pcs/min. This machine is more suitable for the paper cups of single specification. Compared with MG-C600 (60-90pcs/min), MG-C700 (60-80pcs/min), we reversed the previous design and redesigned a more optimized mechanical transmission and forming system. Whole machine main transmission parts are equipped with automatic spray oil lubrication system to reduce wear and tear. Meanwhile, it adopts open type intermittent cam system and helical gear transmission, which makes up for the inherent insufficiency of jitter and unstable transmission of chain transmission and greatly prolongs the service life of the machine and reduces the failure rate of the machine. While ensuring high accuracy, it guarantees the stability of the machine's operation, low noise and high production capacity.
Cup wall and the bottom of the cup are sealed with LEISTER bottom heaters and EVER GREEN Ultrasonic side heater imported from Switzerland and Taiwan.
The whole cup making process is controlled and monitored by Delta/SIEMENS inverter, Delta/SIEMENS servo feeding, Delta/SIEMENS PLC programmable controller, Delta/SIEMENS touch screen, Omron/Fotek proximity switch, Panasonic sensor, etc., thereby improving the performance of the equipment and achieving fast and stable running. High degree of automation and automatic shutdown in case of failure to minimize the labor intensity of workers and achieve operational safety.
