Production process:Q550D carton rectangular steel pipe
1. Material preparation: The manufacture of cold-drawn seamless tubes begins with the material selection process. High-quality steel is selected as the raw material, usually carbon steel or alloy steel with a higher carbon content. These steels have good plasticity and mechanical properties, and are suitable for cold drawing to form seamless pipes.
2. Heating treatment: The selected billet is heated to improve its plasticity and mechanical properties. The billet is heated to the appropriate temperature range, usually between 1100°C and 1250°C, in order to achieve good plasticity and deformation properties in preparation for subsequent cold drawing.
3. Cold drawing process: the heated billet is cold-drawing process. In this step, the billet is stretched through a series of molds, gradually forming the shape of a seamless tube. By drawing and extrusion, cold drawing not only changes the shape and size of the steel, but also improves its microstructure and seamless properties.
4.Heat treatment: The seamless pipe after cold drawing is heat treated to improve its mechanical properties and stability.
