The refuse derived fuel (RDF) forming machine is a system of energy regeneration equipment specifically designed for soft and complex wastes such as domestic waste and industrial solid waste. This series of equipment is particularly suitable for the forming and processing of domestic waste, papermaking waste residue, washing plant waste residue, textile waste, leather waste, rag waste, water plant sludge, industrial sludge, etc. The calorific value of the fuel rod after manufacturing is as high as 5000kcal/kg, with the characteristics of high density, stable calorific value, convenient transportation, easy storage, low secondary pollution, and low emission of toxic substances.
The working principle of the RDF briquetting machine is as follows:
The briquetting machine consists of a machine base, a protective cover, a feed port, a production bin, and a discharge port. The material to be pressed is first crushed, and the length is preferably 30-60mm, and the moisture content is within the range of 15%-25%. The material is fed into the press through the feed conveyor, and the feed port of the briquetting machine evenly disperses the material into the working area between the pressing wheel and the flat die. The rotation of the main shaft drives the pressing wheel to rotate, and the material is forced to be squeezed out of the flat die into blocks and falls from the discharge port.
