Product Introduction:
The Auger Conveyor is suitable for transferring a range of powders or granule from ground level to packaging or filling machines or various applications, the product-feed of the conveyor is controlled to retain the product level in the product-hopper. Screw drive feeding machine form a complete set of auxiliary machinery required for plastic processing machinery, is indispensable in the process of blow molding machines feeding auxiliary equipment Powder or granular plastic raw materials can be automatic transfer directly to the inside the hopper, adjust the mixing machine is special equipment contact materials are stainless steel, in conveying process of raw material is not polluted, not into any foreign body, can make the production process to realize the automatic closed.

Auger feeder structure consists of: motor, reducer, sprocket, chain, coupling, main shaft, spiral blade, hanging bearing, housing, etc.

Conveying method: (with shaft, without shaft).
The specifications of this product are (tube type, U type) (single shaft, no shaft), shell blade material: carbon steel, stainless steel. According to the particle size, conveying volume and conveying distance of the conveyed material, reasonable selection and design can be made to achieve no jamming, no arching, and smooth discharge. Parameters and drawings are provided free of charge.

Auger feeing machine is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, coal, grain and oil, feed and other industries. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powdery, granular and small materials, such as grain, diesel, coal, flour,cement, fertilizer, etc. It is not allowed to transport perishable, sticky and caking materials.
The operating ambient temperature is - 20 ~ 50 ºC, and the temperature of transported materials is ≤ 200 ºC.
