Reverse osmosis machine introduction for each parts

Water tank	Storage water, Built-in stainless steel float ball valve and inlet water level sensor to maintain the normal water level of the tank.
Water pump	In order to ensure the system water supply flow and pressure balance set
Quartz sand filter(stainless steel 304 or FRP material)	It is mainly used to filter solid substances in water, and the filter medium is generally quartz sand. It has the characteristics of high strength, long life and stable water quality. It is an indispensable pretreatment equipment for reverse osmosis, electrodialysis and ion exchange
Activated carbon filter (stainless steel 304 or FRP material)	It can remove harmful humic acid, fulvic acid, lignoflavic acid and other organic matter in water. Usually can remove 60% to 80% of the colloidal material; 47% to 60% organic matter.
Softener(stainless steel 304 or FRP material)	It removes calcium and magnesium ions that form scale in hard water.
Security filter	The third stage filtration is carried out on the reverse osmosis system water, the purpose is to reduce or eliminate the filter material particles leaked out of the pre-treatment equipment to play a final protective role, to ensure that the final water into the reverse osmosis system meets the requirements.
High pressure pump	In order to ensure the system water supply flow and pressure balance set.
Reverse osmosis system	The reverse osmosis device in the system uses the world's most advanced polyamide composite membrane element as the main element, its single membrane desalination rate ≥99.5%, the system desalination rate 96-98%, can effectively remove the suspended particles in the water, organic silica gel, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, pyrogen and other impurities.
Ultraviolet ray sterilization (UV)	When the bacteria were exposed to ultraviolet light with A wavelength of 2600°A, the bacteria absorbed the ultraviolet energy and were killed
Ozone sterilizer	Ozone is a very strong oxidant, ozone water has a rapid and efficient sterilization. The concentration of ozone in water is 0.1-0.2mg/L, which can kill all bacteria. The concentration of ozone is 0.3-2mg/L, which can kill bacteria within 1 minute.

All RO Seawater Desalination Plants are started from booster pump, it feeds raw water to pretreatment tanks. Depends on capacity pretreatment tank size and numbers can be changed. Because of High TDS (total dissolve solid) and salt water's corrosion, we are using FRP or Carbon Steel material for pretreatment tanks. Pretreatment consists of Sand Media Filter Tank, Activated Carbon Filter Media Tank and Softener Tank which has ion exchange resin inside, they are very important for Industrial RO Desalination Machine.

Pretreatment is used to remove large number of suspended solids, iron, turbidity, unwanted color, unpleasant taste, chlorine, sediment, organic contaminants, odors. In pretreatment we can control the follow manual or automatic for Reverse Osmosis Seawater Purification Plant.

After pretreatment water goes to cartridge filter housing, we call it as security filter, most of application we are using FRP or PVC Plastic material for cartridge filter housing or Bag Filter Housing. There is 1µm or 5 µm PP filter in cartridge filter housing for Reverse Osmosis Seawater Purification System.

After cartridge filter housing, water goes to membrane pressure vessel with High Pressure Pump, you have brand option for High Pressure Pump (Other imported brands, CNP or Chunke) and it allows you to adjust your budget. Membrane housing shell inside depends on capacity we have 4040 or 8040 Membranes. Most of our project we are using DOW Filmtec, Toray , Vontron, Hydranautics, LG brand SW RO Membranes.
Industrial RO Seawater Desalination Plant is used to remove salt and purify water.
This system consists of booster pump, FRP/Carbon Steel pretreatment tanks (sand filter, activated carbon filter), cartridge filter housing, chemical dosing systems, high pressure pump, FRP membrane pressure vessel, 4040 or 8040 membranes, control panel and touch screen control.Material and parts brand can be changes as regards to raw water quality and customer demand.From touch screen panel, you can see all system flow diagram and automatic or manual control the system.Membranes do not allow small particles, virus, bacteria to pass as a result your water becomes very clean and safe.
