Independently innovated and developed by Qingdao Hongda on the basis of JWF1009 and JWF1011,JWF1013reciprocating bale plucker is a new generation of high-yield machine with production as high as 2200kg/h, After inheritingthe classical mature technologies such as tower body, beater, grid, cotton pressing roller, suction slot and covering belt,the width of cotton plucking is increased to 2500 mm, and four rows of bales can be arranged side by side to meet theneeds of users for saving labor and effectively utilizing the site.

Beater driven separately by dual-motor, and the use of grouped V-belt can improve stability and reliability.Each blade of beater is designed with 10 teeth to realize the technical requirements of fine plucking.The cotton pressing roll adopts round roll welded by steel plate disc for flattening bale before plucking.
The motor drive is by chain to track the running state of the tower body, which is helpful to plucking the cotton bundle.Optimizing the shape of the suction chamber of the plucking arm is beneficial to the balanced distribution of suction volumein the chamber and improving the transfer efficiency of cotton bundles.Plucking arm lifting has movable balance device to ensure stable and safe lifting.Automatic bale searching and probing with high automation.Meet the technological requirement for three typies of material.
