The Process flow chart:
Cleaning Mahicne: To remove the iron,the large and small impurites and stones
Peeling: Remove the skin of the maize/corn,the peeling rate can reach more than 80%
Crushing: Use the hammer mill to crushing the whole maize into small grtis
If want to get flour, use the maize /corn flour mill machine .
Flour Milling: Use roller mill machine to grind the maize/corn into flour
Plansifter: can sift the flour according to the flour fineness you want to get.
Flour packing: can pack the flour with5kg,10kg,25kg,50kg according to your requirement.
If want to get grits, only need use the plansifter to sift to get the grits according to the requirement
Raw materials: White/yellow corn/maize
Finish product:
White/yellow corn/maize flour(80-85%)
Bran(15-20%)
