1. Special machine, two shapes in one machine, perfect fit.
2. Glue pot:Melts and releases glue quickly, 2600ml large capacity, no need to add glue multiple times,no glue hanging, no glue waste, fast and convenient.
3. Milling unit:L-shaped plate edge milling, 4 groups of milling profiles, high-power pure copper motor, fast milling, strong power, diamond milling cutter, fast milling, smooth and burr-free, more durable.
4. End cutting:The front and rear ends are trimmed, and the excess edges are cut off at both ends. The inverter control helps to cut the edges quickly and accurately to ensure smooth and even edge trimming.
5. Press:Staggered flexible heat press stickers can be adjusted individually. Equipped with a digital display temperature control system to independently set the desired temperature.
6.Panel trimming:Trim the edges twice, rough trimming and fine trimming, to trim off the excess edge banding material of the board so that the upper and lower edges of the edge banding strip are flush with the upper and lower surfaces of the board.
7.Scraper:Scraping arc, removes excess bonding lines to form curves, pneumatic flexible scraping, removes excess bonding lines and burrs on the equipment, leaving it clean and free of debris.
