The scope of use of gas crucible melting furnace is suitable for low melting point of non-ferrous metals and alloys such as aluminum, copper, zinc, tin and other melting or supporting the use of die casting machine, also can be used for melting metal and small steel heat treatment. Fuel types of gas crucible melting furnace city gas, liquefied gas (filling), diesel can be used as fuel. Crucible melting furnace fuel adaptability is strong, but for coal, coke, gas to choose a large space of fuel. When fuel oil or gas is used as fuel, there is a nozzle below the crucible, which is heated by fuel and air combustion. This is the fuel crucible melting furnace or gas.
Heat storage burner is a burner and a heat storage exchanger in one. Air and gas enter the side regenerative burner through the commutator. The normal temperature air and gas through the regenerator are heated to about 1000℃, and enter the aluminum smelting furnace for diffuse and mixed combustion. The high temperature flue gas generated through the heat storage burner on the other side of the heat transfer to the heat storage body, the flue gas temperature falls below 200 ℃, from the induced draft fan discharged from the plant.
First of all, the regenerative combustion technology can not only overcome the shortcomings of conventional aluminum melting furnace, so that the furnace temperature is more uniform; Secondly, as the theoretical combustion temperature of fuel has been greatly increased, the range of fuel selection is wider, especially the low calorific value fuel below 800×4.18kJ/m3, such as blast furnace gas or other low calorific value inferior fuel.
And realize the recovery of flue gas waste heat, so that the furnace fuel consumption is greatly reduced, energy saving effect is very significant, is the main energy saving measures and development direction of rolling mills, for the country to save energy, environmental protection has important significance.
