Description:
1. The machine is mainly composed of a reducer, a tank body, a composite agitator, a separator, a heater, a positioning device and various inlet and outlet pipes.
2. The new sesame cleaning and peeling machine is a vertical structure, the internal space can be fully utilized, the volume is small, the structure is simple, the appearance is beautiful, the operation is easy, and the maintenance rate is low. A compound agitator is used which produces an axial split. Radial splitting and circumferential splitting, the material is fully flipped and there is no dead angle. The use of the compound agitator shortens the time during which the sesame is invaded, peeled and separated, improves the production efficiency, and improves the quality of the product.
Working principle:
1) Principle of soaking process: Sesame is infested by hot water added with quantitative caustic soda. The reducer drives the agitator to rotate. Due to the structural characteristics of the composite agitator, the material is circulated up and down, and the sesame and the soaking liquid are evenly mixed.
2) Working principle of peeling process: Using the relative friction between the stirrer and sesame, and between sesame and sesame, the sesame peel and the kernel are separated, thereby achieving the purpose of sesame peeling.
3) Working principle of the separation principle of the skin kernel: The sequestration effect of the separator is used to discharge the sesame through the separator, and the sesame kernel is trapped, thereby achieving the purpose of separating the sesame seed kernel.
