1.The machine tool adopts the row knife type,the tool change precision is stable,the structure economy is high,and the power head can be expanded to realize the turning and milling composite processing.
2.The double spindle adopts servo electric spindle,which has high speed accuracy and low noise.
3.Using Taiwan's precison linear guides and ball screw pairs,the ball screws are pre-stretched to increase rigidity and reduce the impact of machine tool cold and heat on machining accuracy
4.Guide rail lubrication uses volumetric distributor with oil injection,and regularly supplies oil for screw and guide rails the waste of lubrication oil and avoid environmental pollution.

5.The vertical arrangement of the pallet and the large-capcaity chip discharge port provide a more ideal solution for the collection of iron filings.The chip conveyor can select side chip removal or rear chip workshop layout.
6.Two sets of high-pressure and large-flow water-coling system are adopted.The knife seat is powerfully sprayed with water and has chip breaking function to prevent the spindle fro m receiving scraps.

2. Machine body is cast in one piece. The lathe bed is flat bed and the inclined placement of lathe carriage.
3.Taiwan's high-precision spindle, comprising Japan NSK precise bearings; three-jaw hydraulic chuck or other elastic clamp can be directly fitted on the main shaft flange.
4.The drive part of machine tool uses HIWIN/PMI high precision P3 class ball bearing screw and high speed linear slide rail.
