Manufacturing ProcessesCovering the raw spandex with nylon yarn, because raw spandex is hard to be dyed and nylon can be dyed more easily, so to avoid spandex white exposure when stretch the dyed soft plush thick fold over diaper elastic.
Winding the nylon yarn and covered spandex onto the metal reel, which is called warping, then put the loaded metal reel onto the textile weaving machine to feed the warp yarns into the soft plush diaper fold over elastic.
Weaving the greige of the soft plush thick fold over diaper elastic with nylon and covered spandex yarn in dyeable raw white color. Dyeing the raw white greige of soft plush thick elastic binding tape by continuous dyeing and finishing machine. The levelling agent, penetrating agent, detergent and anti-yellow agent or color fixing agent will be used in this process.
Inspecting the dyed soft plush cloth diaper binding elastic by narrow fabric folding machine and ribbon metal detectors. Packing the thick plush cloth diaper binding tape into spool or layered bale wrapped with waterproof bags.
Load the spool or layered bale of soft plush thick woven diaper fold over elastic (FOE) into strong export cartons with custom shipping marks.
