Product Description

Whether it is canned fruit, canned meat, or various beverage cans (such as carbonated beverage cans, juice beverage cans, etc.), they all need to be sealed using an automatic can sealing machine.
The can body is conveyed to the working area of can sealing machine at a certain spacing and direction through a conveyor belt, and the can lid is inductively dropped in an orderly manner. The speed of the conveyor belt and the spacing of the can body can be accurately to ensure that each can body can accurately cooperate with the can lid for can sealing. When the can body and can lid are positioned, sealing rollers start working. The first roller bends the edge of the can lid with appropriate pressure and initially fits the edge, and then the second roller further curls and presses it. The whole process is driven by the motor through a precise transmission system. In this process, the machine will control the roller pressure, rotation speed and can sealing time according to the preset parameters to ensure the consistency of the sealing quality.
The automatic can seamer has a precise positioning and alignment mechanism. It uses devices such as photoelectric sensors to detect the position of can body and lid. When they reach the sealing position, t sensor will send a signal to enable the machine's mechanical arm or fixture to accurately position and align them. If there is a deviation in the position, the machine will automatically adjust to ensure that can lid can accurately cover can body.
The automatic can seamer can ensure the high consistency of sealing quality through advanced control systems and precision mechanical components.
