PTFE ROD
Introduction: PTFE is a kind of engineering plastic,with a wide working temperature range(-180 to +260 ºC),low friction coefficient ,excellent electrical properties,high corrosion resistance and non toxic and so on,and can be made with filled(reinforced) materials,such as glass fiber,graphite and bronze,to improve the properties. Features: PTFE rod is suitable for processing various liner,seal and lubrication materials in different corrosion medium under high and low temperature,and also used as electrical insulating parts under various frequency.
According to the different processing method, PTFE rod divided into two kinds of extruded rods, molding rod;
According to the different application conditions,PTFE rod divided into pure PTFE resin and regeneration of PTFE resin, by moulding, paste extrusion or plunger extrusion process molding rod.
