Characteristics:
1.Rotary spreader to feed fiber into the pre-feed storage chamber.
2.Dust collection function is included at this point.
3.Spiked lattice and leveling roller are controlled by inverter drives.
4.Feed chute distance is adjustable and double photo-electric sensors control the level of fiber feed in the chute.
5.The feeder with high capacity and high automatic can feed fiber evenly to the carding machine which can ensure the web quality and evenness.
6.This feeder is used for medium to coarse denier fibers to store the opened fiber and then faciliate the transfer of an even layer or even quantity of fiber across the width of the machine to feed the card.
