The Performance Structure And Characteristics Of The Equipment
1. Main working process: A. raw material feeding; B. lamination and embossing; C. folding; D. center cutting (band-saw cut the folded paper which have neat cutting edges); E. Pneumatic piece-counting; F. Finished product's output.
2. The machine can be fed maximum 450mm wide raw materials for making 1/4, 1/8 folding type dental bib or napkin paper.
3. Use frequency convertor to adjust the running speed of the main machine and the cutting system. The electronic system has reasonable and fine wire layout and it's very easy to be operated.
4. The working table of the machine uses thick iron plate and its entire surface is enwrapped by 304# stainless steel. The band-saw wheel has been technically treated to avoid the band-saw to be slipped during real running. We enwrap the special rubber on the surface of this wheel to decrease the working noise of the machine.
5. The tail shelf of the machine installs 1 set of broad-strap synchronous transferring system to feed and adjust the tension of different kinds of raw materials. It can promise the stable running of the raw materials during real production.
6. The machine has 1additional set of tension controlling system which can adjust the tension of different types of raw materials.
7. All the axletrees and bearings are made of Chinese good quality 45# steel and iron.
8. Two folding rollers and the frame of the machine are all made of Chinese high quality 45# steel and iron. In the middle of the machine, we use screw rod to slightly adjust the deviation of the raw materials during vertical folding process. The tail of the machine uses double brackets to make the running of machine more stable.
9. The machine installs automatic band-saw cutting knife sharpening system and automatic piece counting system.(a. decrease the noise of counting; b. enlarge the radian of the slip pieces under the folding rollers to decrease the noise; c. use double transferring systems and gears positioning to make the folding and cutting more stable; d. easy to change the band-saw knife; e. controlling panel is made of 304# stainless steel; f. use high quality band-saw cutting knife).
10. The whole machine is made of international standard steel and iron. Use rust-preventing paint to brush the surface of the machine. All the bedplates of the machine must use rust-preventing paint. Frame of the machine has good jointing and precise welding size. Bracket is fixed strongly. Strap wheel, gears and all the driving parts are center symmetric. The main gears are easily adjusted to promise the stable running of the device. We offer 1 year quality guarantee for the main parts of the machine (except the human reasons).
11. We use good 45# inner hexagon screws and all 304# stainless steel to make the parts of the machine which can't affect the product's hygiene and quality (the thickness of the stainless steel is 1.0mm-4.0mm). All the electroplating parts are electroplated twice to promise the fine and clean surface of the machine.
