1BZDZ series wing-folded heavy-duty disc harrow are mainly used for cleaning away stubble of plants before tillage,or crushing clods after tillage on uncultivated land and in sticky heavy clay soil fields,they can also be used as a plough for primary tillage in dry cultivated fields. The series produced are all fitted with hydraulic rubber wheel for transportation.It is easy to be transported and change direction on the edge of fields.
1BZDZ -6.2 wing-folded heavy-duty contraposition hydraulic disc harrow are constructed around a central robust mono frame ,is installed 56 discs, divided into front and rear two gangs notched disc. The working width is 6.2 m. It's suitable for destroying, sticky heavy soils, low wetland, straw, corn crop land or land area of high crop plow before stubble plowing. The harrows have 230mm and 240mm,270mm three varieties disc space for choices. Different disc spacing has different effect:230mm and 240mm disc spacing is suitable for multi-purpose,270mm disc spacing is suitable for deep coarse plow stubble plowing, or without the plow surface farming.
1 BZDZ-6.2 disc harrow's each component is designed meticulously. Installing the connection is solid and reliable. In the process of operation, every part of working conditions can be saw clearly. The dislocation of the design for front and rear disc gang and disc gang on both sides of X is overall symmetrical. Work angle can be adjusted. On each side of the rear disc gang is packed one piece of ditch disc to ensure the maximum working width. The disc harrow is structured highly, convenient to adjust, good balance, low gravity reasonable distribution, working and driving stability, easy to turn around,and working surface is flat and level. Broken soil and stubble plowing are good property and turning radius is small , working efficiency is high.
1BZDZ-6.2 heavy-duty disc harrow assembly has Tubelyss tire, both sides harrow group can be convenient and quick folded and lock through hydraulic system when the transport width less than 2.5meters, so that it accords with road traffic regulations and so as to realize the wide space operation, narrow space transportation metastasis.
