Product Description
This machine is an automatic vertical cnc lath for machining the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces of the parts, conical surface, end surface, grooving and chamfering. It is especially suitable for brake hubs, drums, clutch pressure plates and metal aluminium wheel .
The main motor of this series of machine tools drives the main shaft to rotate through the imported V belt, so as to ensure the high efficiency, low noise and low vibration of the entire transmission system to meet the cutting requirements of various conditions such as low speed, high torque, high speed and high power of the machine tool.

Main Features:
1. Spindle unit: high rigidity, high torque, high precision,easy to install and maintain.
2. Design of large inclined surface and super wide chip discharging groove.
3. Private service tool rest: simple structure, strong rigidity, fast displacement.
4. The cutting feed including the residual deformation can be carried out in all respects by using the abundant 8-angle turntable with large diameter.
5. The joint surface between the base and the column, the slide plate, the spindle platform, the cutter tower and the bearing pedestal are all scraped by hand to achieve the maximum precision of components, structural rigidity and load balance.
