Product Description Yellow 3240 fiberglass PCB laminate sheet is a thermosetting industrial laminate consisting of a continuous filament glass fibermaterial with an epoxy resin binder. It has characteristics of high strength, excellent electrical properties and chemicalresistance not only at room temperature but also under humid or moist condition. The different between FR4 and G10 is that FR4 has the flame retardant property which meets the UL94 V-0 standard. And the G11 ishigher temperature resistant version of G10.The most versatile all around laminate grades are continuous glass woven fabricimpregnated with an epoxy resin binder.
