Propellent pasteurization heat exchangers are specialized used for pasteurization processes of dairy, milk, food, beverage, beer, wine and varieties temperature processing. The stainless steel pasteurization plate heat exchanger is an important component in the HTST pasteurization systems. This plate heat exchanger design provides a highly efficient, countercurrent flow, yielding heat transfer coefficients significantly higher than other designs.The plate heat exchanger design also provides wider channels to avoid fouling and blocking with the more viscous food products, e.g., ice cream mixes, yogurt.
