Gypsum board production line basic process
1. Paper rack: The protective paper is transferred to forming and conveying in the frame body
2. Measurement of raw materials: gypsum powder is measured to beater
3. Beater: Stir all materials and spread them onto the protective paper
4. Molding machine: extrusion molding to form gypsum board
5. Conveyor: gypsum board to complete the initial and intermediate coagulation
6. Dryer: Drywall is dried
7. Palletizer: gypsum board edge palletizing for packaging
