Reaction vessel such as reactor, oxidation reactor, decomposition reactor, polymerization reactor, crystallization reactor and etc. is the pressure vessel which is mainly used to complete physical or chemical reaction. Our company can manufacture large reactors with volume of 120m3, pressure of 10MPA and single weight of 100T. Reactor can be heated by electricity, steam, conduction oil, infrared ray, etc. and be cooled by jacket, outside cooling coiler and inside cooling coiler with 0-1000 r/min frequency control. Stirring blades can be any optional form as per customer's requirements. Construction material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, dual-phase steel and composite materials.
The sealing form of reactor can be divided into packing seal, mechanical seal and magnetic seal.
The manufacturing structure of reactor can be divided into open flat cover reactor, open buti welding flanged reactor and closed reactor, each kind of reactor has its application scope, advantages and disadvantages.

Fields of application
This equipment is used in the process of hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization,distillation and evaporation in
pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light and otherindustries. It can use SS304, SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy, PTFE lined and other materials to manufacture. Several mixing types are available, such as anchor, frame and oar, etc.
Cycloidal pinwheel reducer, variable-speed reducer and others could be applied in the rotating mechanism. The
sealing device can use machines; Sleeve, semi-tube and coil pipe structure can be used in heating and cooling. There
are several heating modes, such as steam, electric heating, heat conduction oil, etc. In order to meet different requirements of acid-and alkali-proof, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and others under different working environments, reaction kettles can be designed and manufactured based on clients' requests.
