Inwarm PE heat PE thermal insulation tube adopts independent closed hole foaming technology to completely isolate the air so as to achieve the best thermal insulation and heat preservation effects. The wall thickness is 4.5mm that makes heat conductivity coefficient is only 0.038w/m.k,

The heat preservation layer of the main body is made of imported heat resistant and flame retardant PE material for foaming.The outer surface is covered with a tight PE layer to isolate the air flow and avoid heat loss.Meanwhile, moisture air can be prevented entering the heat preservation layer in case affect the heat preservation effects.Compared with other heat preservation materials,this product has very low water absorption and great resistance of water vapor permeability.We can greatly reduce the thickness of the heat preservation layer if useing this product,also it can replace air insulation layer to avoid condensation.
Various colors and specifications are available
There are three colors on the outer surface of Inwarm heat PE thermal insulation tube such as red, blue and silver. When installing, different colors of heat PE thermal insulation tube can be put on the inlet and return pipes respectively according to the needs, so that it's easy to distinguish which is the inlet pipe and which is the return pipe.The specifications of the diameter from 12 to 35mm are available and can be manufactured according to the customer's requirements.
Construction and installation is convenient
Inwarm PE heat PE thermal insulation tube is wrapped in a whole roll, each roll is a whole piece. When installing, one pipe goes through the whole casing pipe.There is no joint in the middle, which is not only convenient for construction, but also can reduced the joints. After sealing with tape at both ends,avoiding air enter and condensation,to ensure better heat preservation effects.
In addition, it can also be used with Inwarm double crosslinked butt welding aluminum plastic composite pipe. In the factory, PE heat preservation can be pre-pierced outside the aluminum plastic composite pipe, which is convenient to construction and installation and also reduce the workload of workers.
