Slide Way: Featuring a double V slide way with wear-resistant resin TI URCITE-B and precision shovel flower on both left-right and front sections, this setup not only guarantees smooth sliding and wear resistance but also excels in forming and grinding applications.
Cylindrical Straight Spindle: Our machine employs a P4 ultra-precision angular roller bearing, known for its whisper-quiet operation, absence of vibration, and substantial torque even under high-speed rotation. This makes it ideal for heavy-duty cutting and diverse forming grinding tasks.
Automatic Lubrication System: Equipped with a state-of-the-art circulating automatic lubrication system, our machine ensures that lubricating oil begins circulating the moment the main spindle starts. This provides forced lubrication for each screw and slide, significantly reducing wear. An oil mirror positioned above the column allows for real-time monitoring of the lubrication condition, ensuring optimal performance.
