FU Series Universal Grinder Unit
Product Introduction:This machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, magnetic materials, powder, etc., is crushing,
vacuuming and continuous discharge as one of the new generation of grinding equipment. Working Principle:This machine consists of a crusher, a cyclone separator, a pulse dust removal box, a fan, an electrical control box,
pipelines, brackets, etc.
This machine utilizes the relative motion between the movable toothed disc and the fixed toothed disc to crush the
crushed material through the impact, collision, and friction of the cutting disc.
The crushed powder is subjected to the centrifugal force of rotation and the gravitational force of the fan before
entering the cyclone separator and being discharged from the fan. The ultra fine dust then enters the pulse dust
removal box. The ultra fine dust is shaken off at the bottom of the dust removal box by the pulse meter and recovered
through a stainless steel bucket.
The whole machine is designed according to GMP standards and made entirely of stainless steel materials, with no
dust flying during the entire production process.
