High frequency welded pipe making machine is the main equipment for the welded steel tube production line with decoiler, strip feeding, roller forming and sizing, high frequency solid welding, cutting and stock. Right side are process flow chart of our pipe mill line.
This Tube Mill production line consist of seven part:

Shear and Butt Welding
Shear Butt Welder is an necessary part of the tube mill. It's function is to weld the steel strips end together. It contains strips entering device, shearing device, welding device, moving rack device, pneumatic or hydraulic system.
We have the pneumatic shear butt welder and Hydraulic shear butt welder.
Usually, for thin steel plate, customer can choose either the pneumatic and hydraulic one. When the thickness is more than 3mm, we suggest customer choose the hydraulic type.
In order to make the perfect weld quality, we use the Siemens touch screen and PLC, which can control the weld speed and current automatically.

Features
1. The equipment base is equipped with inlet guide rollers (upper and lower, left and right rollers), the front end of the clamp is equipped with auxiliary guide rollers, and the final discharge position has idlers. All idlers help the parallel movement of the pipe during the sawing process.
2. Both ends of the saw body are equipped with carriage safety buffers;
3. The saw blade is equipped with a steel brush device to remove iron filings on the saw blade when rotating
