Introductions:
The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer consists of U-Shape tank, spiral and drive parts. The spiral is dual structure. Outer spiral make the material move from the sides to the center of the tank and the inner screw conveyor the material from the center to the sides to get the convective mixing.

Our DP series Ribbon mixer can mix many kinds material especially for the powder and granular which with stick or cohesion character, or add a little liquid and paste material into powder and granular material. The mixture effect is high. The cover of the tank can be made as open in order to cleaning and change parts easily.

Features:

1:With U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially double Helical Ribbon Agitator.
2. A in-feed duct on the top cover of the U Shape trough for product feeding .Liquid sprayer as a option as per the customer's needs.

4.There is a flap valve on the discharging opening (Pneumatic or manual control),The arc type valve with embedded design and level with the trough inner wall which can effectively eliminate mixing dead angle and pile-up.

5.Trough surface covering with sealing strips which can prevent from leakage in the operation.

6:Unique disconnected ribbon design will mix the product with high speed ,uniformity and consistency.

7: A sleeve injecting with cold or hot stuff can be added to cover the trough body .Which can help to cool down or heat up the products inside the trough.

8:The dimensions and configuration of the ribbons are carefully balanced to provide a movement of material within the container that avoids dead spots and gives rapid product discharge.

9: With full stainless steel structure and SUS304 material contact parts

10: With power box and timer 0.01seconds--9999h setting;
