1.LPT series CNC oil country lathe is special CNC machine designed for petroleum machinery industry, which is used for cylindrical turning, face cutting, grooved, chamfered, external thread, boring hole and turning internal thread on the end of long tube parts such as oil casing, drill pipe, drill collar etc.
2.The whole series can be used with automatic loading and unloading system of oil casing, drill pipe, drill collar to combine into efficient automatic production lines, which is appropriate for terminal thread batch processing of oil casing, drill pipe, drill collar and features short beat, high efficiency, wide processing range, high automation, safe and reliable.
3.The whole series adopts hydro mechatronics design. The 45°slant machine with high rigid rectangular plastic covering sliding guide pair features good dynamic performance and high stability. The machine with beautiful design and brief shape features safe, reliable, and fully embodied man-machine function, which is the quality equipment of high precision, high efficiency, high stability for turning processing.
