Function
This recycling line is composed of label separator, crusher, cold & hot washing system, dewatering, drying, packing system, etc.
This PET bottle flakes crushing washing recycling production line can easily wash and recycle waste PET bottle flakes from 300-2000kg/h.
Waste and dirty PET bottle flakes can be processed step by step by this recycling machine. It is special for washing PET bottles flakes.
The whole recycling production line can be designed based on how dirty the PET flakes are, and make sure the good quality of the final products.
The whole PET Bottles Waste Plastic Recycling Crushing Washing Line includes:
1) Belt Conveyor: The material goes into the crusher by the belt conveyor.
2) Label Separator: Remove the label from the bottles.
3) Manual Sorting Belt: workers can remove the left labels and remove different color bottles by hand.
4) Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the Hot washer to clean.
5) Hot Washer: If the bottle is very dirty, like oil, sand, it must be use hot washer.
6) Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the High-speed Friction Washer to clean.
7) High-speed Friction Washer: After crushing material from enters the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.
8) Floating Washer 1: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes cleaner and whiter. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.
9) Floating Washer 2: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes cleaner and whiter. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.
10) Dewatering: Rejection the water from the flakes, moisture content is less than 2%.

The device is divided into unpacking, washing, sorting, detecting metal, crushing, floating washing, hot washing, rubbing, rinsing, dehydration, drying and packaging process steps. The equipment can produce high quality PET bottle flakes, PET can be recycled for the production of polyester filament products such as PET and other related products, completely changed previously history that recycled PET bottle chip can only do recycled polyester staple fiber filament cannot do. Principles and characteristics:
