DYG series silicone rubber industry special secondary vulcanization oven adopts national science and technology commission key promotion of far infrared heating new technology, infrared components are heated after 2 - more than 15 micron far infrared ray radiation, when it is absorbed by the heated objects can be converted into heat energy, thereby gaining rapid drying effect, to shorten the production cycle, save energy, improve product quality, etc. Temperature control meter uses the import component, fashionable, easy to use, save energy!

4.Heated with air circulating fan with heater.
5.Temperature controlled by Digital Temperature Indicator and Controller.
6.Heating temperature speed:
Heating rate should be more than 0.5 ºC / min, not more than 10 ºC / min.
From room temperature up to 150 ºC, not more than 20 to 25 minutes.
From room temperature up to 250 ºC, not more than 30 minutes.
7. The max. temperature can reach 300ºC.

12 months warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take on the cost of shipping and component parts. Beyond the warranty period we only charged for the cost of spare part.
