Main features of this machine tool: 1. The spindle unit features an independent sleeve design. The spindle system undergoes rigorous dynamic balance tests, ensuring high precision, good retention, minimal thermal deformation, and excellent thermal stability. With a maximum speed of 2500rpm and a nose deflection accuracy within 0.003MM, the front end employs a large-diameter, high-precision double-row roller bearing coupled with an oblique contact ball bearing structure. The optimal span two-point balanced support design can handle both radial and axial loads, making it suitable for high-speed precision cutting as well as low-speed heavy cutting.
