Usage
Needle-punching machine is a kind of special equipment for mechanically reinforcing. The nonwovens produced by needle-punching have good permeability and excellent mechanical performance, which are widely used for production of geotextile, carpet, paper-making felt, shoe leather substrate, garment accessories etc.
The pre-needle punching machine and main needle-punching machine manufactured by the Company are suitable for various kinds of needle-punching fiber nets.
The needle frequency, needle density and type of array on needle plate of YYGZ series needle-punching machines are leading among domestic kindred products. The machine features reasonable structure, compact, firm and easy to change needles. This series of machines features smooth running, reliable, easy operation and convenient maintenance.
Needling type: Double board double shaft, up/down stroke
Structure
Crank case complete with a vertical balance system.
Central oil lubrication circulation and cooling system complete with pressure and temperature alarm systems
Magnesium alloy/ PU combined needle board locked firmly by lock-bolt or air tube; multi random computer needling pattern for needle board.
Chrome plated delivery rollers with carved or patterned surface.
OPerating Principle
The fiber net after needled reciprocally by triangle-section needle with hooked spine on edges tangles firmly, and improves its density to make it into infirm and strong material.
