In the servo control system, the servo drive board is equivalent to the brain, and the executive motor is equivalent to the hands and feet. The function of the servo drive board in the servo control system is to adjust the speed of the motor, so it is also an automatic speed control system.
The internal structure of the servo drive board includes a power supply circuit, a relay board circuit, a main control board circuit, a drive board circuit and a power conversion circuit. The function of the power supply circuit is to convert the externally input DC power into different sizes of DC power output, and provide DC power for subsequent relay boards, drive boards and power conversion circuits. The function of the relay board is to provide DC power to complete the control signal and detect the signal transmission.
The intelligent servo drive board adopts digital signal processor (DSP) as the control core, including motion control algorithm, PLC algorithm, servo control algorithm, etc. The power board converts the alternating current into direct current through the bridge rectifier circuit, and then drives the three-phase synchronous AC servo motor through the three-phase sinusoidal PWM inverter. The drive board takes DSP as the core, and is responsible for signal acquisition, AD conversion, Signal monitoring, data processing, data output. The functions of communication, PLC, PWM pulse width modulation, AD conversion, pulse input acquisition and other functions are completed by scheduling tasks of different levels through the kernel program.
