Suction press roll generally used in middle and high speed paper making machine.The structure of suction press roll is basically same as vacuum couch roll.The shell is made of bronze or stainless steel cast, and shell thickness is determined by the need of strength and stiffness.Suction press roll with thin shell made by high strength metal is beneficial to improve the efficiency of squeezing and dewatering rate.
Suction press roller shell with a thickness of 30 ~ 40mm of rubber. The benefits is uniform pressure distribution, reduce the wear and tear of the blanket, improve the pressure of the press line.
