S&S SEJ168S-5376 electronic jacquard machine has high compatibility with power loom and high speed rapier loom. It is compatible with all types of design formats and platforms. The high performing solenoid of this digital jacquard machine valves with automated switching technology to eliminate excess heating and reduced power consumption. The pulling knives made of aluminium alloy with special heat treatment to be used for lifetime. This electronic jacquard loom is suitable for all kinds of weaving looms, such as rapier loom, air jet loom, water jet loom, shuttle loom, projectile loom.

Rapier loom, air jet loom, water jet loom, shuttle loom, projectile loom with any reed width.

1. The low power axial-flow fans ensure stable working condition to electronic system.
Sealed fuselage, optimized filtration and ventilation system can effectively prevent flying flowers into the system.
2. Hollow type of core parts with light inertia, high speed and low torque are more suitable for making large and heavy design fabrics.
3. All main driving components of digital jacquard machine are standard parts. The transmission efficiency of chain is as high as 96%. The bearing capacity and service life of enforced self-lubricating chain of jacquard weaving loom is 5 times than that of ordinary chain. The casting wallboard has a good mechanical properly. It helps to decrease the vibration and reduce the noise.
4.The core hook components of the jacquard loom machine use sealed and low-power consumption electromagnet. It saves energy and has high efficiency. All digital jacquard looms adopt high quality harness which have extreme wear-resistance and corrosion resistance. There are two types of pulley you could choose to use in the hook component. One is pulley with bearing, another is pulley without bearing. The bearing capacity of pulley with bearing is better and it is more suitable for high-speed weaving.
5. The maintenance of the electronic jacquard weaving loom is very easy because it has the most concise shedding mechanism and the fewest parts. The maintenance cost is also much lowered.
