Hanging installation of the ML cooling tower fillUsually the thickness of ML cooling tower fill is from 0.3mm to 0.45mm, and the raw material PVC sheets are requested in good quality and strong enough for the ML fill. The width are 610mm, 750mm, 813mm, 915mm, 1000mm, 1220mm, 1520mm. And the length can be customized, the normal length are 1854mm, 2060mm, 2450, 2678mm, 2980mm, 3090mm. The pitch is 19mm to 20mm. It is hanging on the poles in the cooling tower two sides. There are A type and B type which make two loose sheets joint points match very well. Two designs: MX75, and MC75.The MX75 is more popular. The 2980mm*1220mm*0.38mm is the normal size. It is suitable for NC series and SR series cooling tower, which can cool the water from 38 degree to 33 degree, or cool water from 42 degree to 32 degree. That means, our cooling tower fill is enough temperature tolerant because PVC can meet the highest water temperature to 60 degree.
