It allows for machining operations such as linear turning, arc turning, metric and imperial thread cutting, and multi-thread cutting. This design is capable of handling the turning of complex-shaped and high-precision disc and shaft components.
The machine tool features hard guideways for both the machine guide rails and the sliding saddle guide rails, utilizing special materials. These hard guideways undergo high-frequency quenching, resulting in exceptional hardness and wear resistance. This ensures prolonged durability and excellent precision retention for machining operations.
The controller system adopts GSK980TC3 and the machine utilizes domestically produced high-quality ball screws and high-precision screw rod bearings.
The machine tool incorporates high-precision spindle bearing assemblies that undergo precise assembly and dynamic balance testing. This ensures the spindle with high accuracy, low noise, and strong rigidity.
Each lubrication point is equipped with a forced automatic lubrication system for precise and quantified lubrication of the screw rods and guide rails. In case of abnormal conditions or insufficient oil levels, the system automatically generates a warning signal.
The standard configuration includes a domestically produced three-jaw self-centering manual chuck.
The guide rails are equipped with a chip scraping device to prevent corrosion from iron chips and coolant, facilitating easy cleaning of iron chips.
