Horizontal screw decanter centrifuge is a kind of horizontal screw unloading, continuous operation settlement equipment. The working principle of this type of centrifuge is: the drum and the screw rotate at a certain differential speed in the same direction and at a high speed, the raw material is continuously introduced into the inner drum of the conveying screw by the feeding pipe, and enters the drum after acceleration. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid phase deposits on the drum wall to form the sediment layer. The conveying screw continuously pushes the deposited solids to the cone end of the drum, and then discharges them out of the machine through the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which overflows the drum continuously from the overflow port at the big end of the drum, and is discharged out of the machine through the discharge port. The machine can continuously feed, separate, wash and discharge materials at full speed. It is characterized by compact structure, continuous operation, stable operation, strong adaptability, large production capacity and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for the separation of suspension with solid particle size greater than 0.005mm and concentration range of 2-40%.

This machine is horizontal spiral discharging settling centrifuge, the main machine has a column-cone bowl, spiral stoker, differential system, bearing seat, base, cover, main motor,vice motor, and electric control chamber. With the high speed rotating of bowl, form strong centrifugal force, making the sludge dehydrate continuously in 24 hours a day. The main motor through the triangle belt make the bowl rotating, through the planetary gear differential, make the vice motor and spiral differential speed different, realize sludge dewatering and pushing material function, That means differential rotating speed control and torque control. because containing solid rate of sludge may have wave motion, by differential speed control system is the guarantee for speed stability, achieve solid content in sludge is constant, the constant torque control make decanter load in a stable state, the separation effect and flocculation is the best state, so as to ensure the safe operation of the centrifuge. This machine has good seal performance (guarantee without material leak in the process of operation), sludge dewatering work in full seal state, makes the environment clean. This machine adopts the most advanced international special structural design, especially the spiral stoker, make the sludge concentration dehydration integration characteristics. WORKING PRINCIPLE
When the mixed liquid enters the high-speed rotating drum body cavity from the feed inlet, the solids with larger specific gravity in the mixed liquid will rapidly settle to the inner wall of the drum under the action of centrifugal force, and be discharged from the drum body by the screw pusher from the solid outlet; at the same time, the liquid phase with small specific gravity will form an inner liquid ring under the action of centrifugal force and be discharged from the drum body through the liquid overflow port. The rotating drum and the screw pusher operate at high speed at the same time. Due to the speed difference between them, the solid matters settled on the drum wall are continuously pushed by the screw pusher to the liquid outlet for discharge, and the whole separation process is carried out continuously.
