DT-1530E High configurations CO2 Laser engraving & cutting machine
Machine Features
China top brand CO2 glass laser tube, laser power available: 80W, 100W, 130W, 150W, 180W,220W,300W,400W,500W,600W . The machine engraves and cuts non-metals. 80W-100W do both engraving and cutting. 130W and above mainly cuts, also engrave lines.
Machine transmission is integrated guide bar. Rail and belt are integrated. X axis is belts transmission , Y axis is Rack pinion transmission , Bigger slider reduces resonance so that cutting precision is better.
High power industrial water cooling system cools the CO2 laser tube and ensure stable laser output.
RDC6445S,POWERCUT 4142G, POWERCUT4311 or AWC7824 CNC control system with laser software support files: DXF, PLT, AI, LXD, BMP, etc. Machine read files from computer, and from USB flash as well.
Precision stepper motors with ratio gear, cutting edge is more smooth.
Air assist during cutting, removes heat and combustible gases from the cutting surface.
Extractors removes fumes and dusts caused during cutting.
Based on your working requirements, we have some optional functions for your choice:
- red dot, showing position of laser dot on material.
- motorized up-down table, allowing more space for thicker or bigger items processing.
- rotary, assisting cylindrical items processing.
- auto focus, replacing manual focus which improves working efficiency.
- Solenoid valve, allowing air blowing only during cutting.
- Safety lock, stopping machine when you open the machine cover which has more safety for user.
