Product Description Shredding:* Feed the sorted waste plastics into the shredder.* The shredder cuts the plastics into smaller pieces, typically in the form of flakes or chips, making them easier to handle insubsequent processes.Crushing:* Transfer the shredded plastic pieces to the crusher.
* The crusher further reduces the size of the plastic flakes, creating a more uniform and smaller granulate, which is ideal for the extrusion process.Extrusion:
* Feed the crushed plastic granulate into the extruder.* The extruder heats the plastic granulate until it melts. The molten plastic is then forced through a die.* Transfer the hot extruded plastic directly into the mold for the sewer cover.Molding:
* Use a hydraulic press to apply pressure to the mold, ensuring the hot plastic fills all the cavities and achieves the requireddensity and strength.* Allow the molded plastic to cool and solidify in the mold to form the final shape of the sewer cover.SpecificationAdvantage
