This raw materials like waste films of HDPE and LDPE are extruded through the extruder, and then are cooled through wind and cut hotly into granules, featuring in fine quality, bubble free and moisture free. The machine is equipped with a forced feeder, fast screen changer and automatic temperature-controller.
1. Hot-cutting & wind cooling.
2. It is equipped with automatic constant temperature, motorized net changer (hydraulic net changer is optional).
3. It also can pelletize the crushing material after fitting with an force loader.
4. The cutting machine adopts speed regulating motor. Which can cut the material according to the feeding speed of the extruder, with such features as high output, low noise, stable performance and easy operation. It is a more ideal waste plastic film regenerative pelletizer.
5. Feeding unit adopts force feeder.
6. The helical gear reducer with hard teeth is applied to the extruder and the screw.
7. Cylinder and screw are made of 38CrMoA1A with nitrogen treatment.

3.What about the warranty?
All our machine have one year warranty. if the machine parts broken because the quality problem, we can provide the spares for you by free.
4.What about the traning?
We welcome you learn the machine use in our factory. before the machine finished you can come to our factory , we can arrange the enginner teach you the simple operation.
we also can send engineer to your factory ,teach your workers how to run the machine. but you need pay all the fees including: round tickets , food and living.
5.About the machine shipping?
Normal our machine send to customers by sea, port to port almost used. like FOB, CIF.
6.About the machine packing?
Our machine normal use the plastic packing. if you need wooden case packing and require fumigation, before order you need tell us so we arrange for you.
