Application
The TCT-01 Tensile and compression Tester is a versatile and economic model that serves the mechanical property testing of various materials, such as flexible, rigid, composites, yarn, fabric, non-metallic materials etc.
TCT-01 is well-suited for conducting tension, compression, and bending tests, catering to the diverse requirements of material testing experts. It features a digital display that showcases the applied test force, offering the flexibility of adjusting the test speed to suit specific testing. Notably, the test specimen undergoes an automatic halt upon fracture, facilitated by the peak value holding function.
Employing an advanced automatic control and data acquisition system, TCT-01 ensures digital adjustment throughout the data acquisition and control process. Following the completion of the test, the machine halts automatically, streamlining the testing procedure for efficiency and accuracy. This enables precise measurement of critical technical parameters such as strength, elongation, and peak force, empowering material test experts with comprehensive insights into sample performance.
