5X series new sand making machine (centrifugal impact crusher) is widely used in various kinds of metal and non-metallic ores, cement, refractory abrasives, glass raw materials, constructionaggregate machine made sand, metallurgy and other industries. It is suitable formedium and finely crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with different hardnesssuch as iron ore, non ferrous metal orecorundum, bauxite, quartz sand, browncorundum, perlite, basalt and otherhigh hardness materials.

Performance improvement of key parts
In order to ensure the overall performance of the sand making machine, key parts on it is optimized on their structures, such as the impeller, the bearing cylinder and the main body.
Quick change of crushing mode
With optimized stucture of crushing cavity, it can realize the rapaid conversion of two crushing modes which are crushing between stones and crushing between stone and impact plate.
Intelligently controlled diluted oil lubrication
It adopts diluted oil lubrication and is equipped with air-cooled system which is controlled by PLC and intelligent insturments, so the lubrication temperature can be adjusted to provide ideal working condition for the bearing.
